Look Deep Into Nature
Yes, yes. I’m an author, never mind a writer of many other types of work. You’re probably an author or someone who wants to be. But you know, we are all more than what we primarily present to the world. And in my world? Second to writing is nature.
Albert Einstein said it best: “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better.”
Human beings have a way of overlooking that, thinking that they’re bigger and better than the silent life that lives all around us, seeps into our subconscious and ultimately helps define who we are — whether we know it or not.
Thus, I’m showing you a bit of the world I make a point of visiting from time to time. It takes me out of myself, and puts me somewhere more important. In fact, I’m persuaded what it gives me, I give back through my novels. If you’ve read them, you’ll see some of that through the eyes of Claudia Hershey in my mystery series. Then again, I suppose it’s true that what she sees through her eyes, she’s really seeing through mine. Since nature is a part of me, it will always be a part of her.
